After graduating from UWA, Mike spent over 20 years working for the Department of Works and was involved in various large-scale and unique projects across the state including multi-storey high rise, marine works and some of the state’s major infrastructure still in use today. From humble beginnings in 1991, Mike has grown M.A. Lalli and Associates to be the well respected design consultancy it is today.

With over 23 years of experience, predominately in residential and commercial design in Perth, Guy brings a wealth of experience to the team at M.A. Lalli and Associates. Guy has achieved one of the highest ranking statuses with the Institution of Engineers Australia as a Chartered Fellow.

Tina commenced work at M.A. Lalli and Associates in 2008 after some years working as a senior designer for a major firm. She brings her experience and expertise from working within Australia and abroad to the team.

Payam graduated from UWA with Honours in 2005 and has worked for a number of leading structural design firms within Perth. His design experience within the residential and commercial fields have earned him his Chartered Status with the Institution of Engineers.

After graduating from UWA with Honours, Josh gained experience with major civil and structural projects within the mining, oil and gas and infrastructure industries across our state before commencing work at M.A. Lalli and Associates in 2012.

After graduating from UWA with Honours, Andrew spent the first two and a half years of his career working in dam engineering within WA before commencing work at M.A. Lalli and Associates in 2012.
