The depth and berth of knowledge and experience in our Drafting Team is second to none. They are like one big family and an integral part of the overall engineering firm. Let’s meet them…
Scott Humphreys | Drafting Manager
Scott has been part of the Lalli family since 2011 and since then has risen to become the Drafting Manager. Apart from team management, Scott maintains a quality assurance role, ensuring all the documentation that leaves our office is of the highest standard. He’s a real problem solver and loves any sort of technical challenge.
Outside of work, Scott’s time is split between the great outdoors (hopefully scoring waves), and his other passion, AFL. He’s a massive WCE fan.
Along with his wife and daughter, they are always planning getaways and holidays to anywhere the sun is shining, and waves are pumping.
Scott is also a double Lalli Footy Tipping Champion here in the offices.
Kylie Franton | Senior Structural Draftsperson
An exceptionally talented Senior Structural Draftsperson, Kylie mother of 2 young kidsand has been part of the Lalli family since 2007.
Kylie’s role sees her covering structural drafting for a variety of residential & commercial developments.
When she isn’t working, she enjoy’s nothing more than camping and fishing all over WA.
Danny Kaminskis | Senior Structural Draftsperson
Danny's role as a draftsperson calls upon his skills for drafting and design on a wide variety of projects. He also enjoys attending site and assisting with our dilapidation reporting, as well as various fieldwork and inspections.
Danny is an avid supporter of the Fremantle Dockers (unlike Scott) and likes to play the guitar along with the odd round of golf… just not at the same time.
Danny has been part of the Lalli family since 2018 and has been in the engineering industry since 2006.
Vladan Adamovic | Draftsperson
Since 2020, Vladan has been working on a wide variety of drafting projects, from small single storey additions, to larger multi storey residences and unit developments. He’s great at forging client relationships and contributing to our regular drafting meeting to help improve the quality of documentation he produces.
He has a passion for literature, travel and martial arts.
Interesting fact: Vladan can speak three languages!
Laureen Engelhardt | Draftsperson
Our newest member of the team having joined us in 2020. Laureen enjoys to be in an environment where it allows her to work independently but also gives her the necessary support in order for her to have the best learning experience to show her full potential, time management and organisational skills.
She says, she really enjoys "the variety of challenges that need solutions which keep me on my toes”.
Not long after joining us, Lauren found out she had won the International Student of the Year 2020 award at North Metropolitan TAFE!
Outside of work, Laureen is passionate about surfing (well, all sports actually), and traveling.
